- • Lead stakeholders through process mapping and operational improvement, prioritizing automation and analytics opportunities based on impact, risk, and feasibility within Legal & Compliance.
- • Own the design, build, and iteration of low-code and AI-enabled workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, and OpenAI Agent Builder to enhance departmental efficiency.
- • Translate business needs into reliable, production-grade automations with robust exception handling and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- • Develop and maintain evaluation sets, define quality thresholds, and conduct A/B tests to measure the performance of AI-driven workflows.
- • Integrate automation outputs into dashboards and reporting systems to ensure trusted, timely, and governed data is accessible to relevant teams.
- • Track and communicate the measurable impact of automation and AI solutions on cycle time, accuracy, cost, efficiency, and risk, translating results into strategic recommendations for senior leaders.
- • Continuously assess new and existing SaaS platforms and applications to identify embedded or emerging AI capabilities for potential adoption.
- • Lead pilots and proofs of value for new workflows or AI capabilities, defining clear success criteria upfront and incorporating stakeholder feedback into decision-making.
- • Provide training and enablement to Legal & Compliance teams to drive adoption, usage, and ongoing improvement of automated systems.
- • Partner with the Compliance Training team to develop and integrate AI use case-specific policies and procedures into mandatory learning programs.
- • Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI Engineering teams to align automation initiatives with enterprise data standards and infrastructure.
- • Ensure all automation and AI solutions adhere to governance, privacy, and security principles, particularly regarding PII and responsible AI use.
- • Manage Git-based version control (e.g., GitLab) for low-code assets to support approvals, audits, and collaborative development.
- • Work remotely across all 50 U.S. states with limited exceptions, operating in a fully remote environment with no permanent corporate office requirement.
- • Apply strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for legal and non-technical business stakeholders.
- • Independently plan and execute end-to-end initiatives in a fast-paced environment, from discovery through delivery and adoption without direct authority over cross-functional teams.
