- • As a Data Analyst at Deel, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization by transforming complex data into actionable insights that support global growth initiatives.
- • You will partner with marketing analysts, analytics engineers, and digital analytics managers to design and build scalable dashboards and self-service tools in Looker, while developing a robust marketing data model in Snowflake using dbt to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- • You’ll collaborate closely with marketing leadership to analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, optimize audience segmentation and attribution modeling, and improve lead generation and channel efficiency across paid and unpaid marketing efforts.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in marketing analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence within a high-growth, globally distributed SaaS company, positioning you as a key contributor to Deel’s mission of redefining global work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role
- • Hands-on experience with Looker for dashboard creation and data visualization
- • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
