Data Analyst

📋 Description

• • As a Data Analyst at Onhires Inc., you will contribute to building the analytical logic of the product by working with large-scale, socially structured datasets to improve search and matching mechanisms, directly impacting how startups connect with investors.
• • Day to day, you will perform exploratory analysis to identify patterns in data, design and maintain controlled vocabularies, normalize and structure unorganized data, build hierarchies and classifications, formulate and validate hypotheses, evaluate data signal impacts, and visualize findings to support product decisions in close collaboration with founders and the product team.
• • You will join an insight-driven platform for deal origination and management that uses AI-powered matching to help startups raise funding faster by connecting them with active investors worldwide while ensuring security and data protection.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in analytical logic design, hierarchical data structuring, and hypothesis-driven exploration, gaining hands-on experience with complex, relationship-driven datasets and contributing to core product innovation in a fast-growing, mission-focused environment.
