• • The Data Analyst role at Solace Corporation is a hands-on, builder position embedded within the Customer Experience Operations team, focused on transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and improve patient outcomes in a complex healthcare system.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable dashboards in HEX, writing complex SQL queries to extract and analyze structured and semi-structured data (including nested JSON), collaborating with engineering to refine data models, and translating technical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders such as the VP of Customer Experience and Customer Operations team.
