- • As a Data Analyst (Fulfilment) at Nivoda Limited, you will serve as the primary analytical partner for the Global Fulfillment Team, ensuring supply chain, logistics, and delivery operations are optimized for speed, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing fulfillment workflows to identify bottlenecks, designing and maintaining automated dashboards for key KPIs, writing complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets, generating actionable insights for operational decision-making, collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Product, and Data teams, working with Data Engineers on data modeling and quality assurance, monitoring fulfillment KPIs for anomalies and performance deviations, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive tasks.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
- • Advanced SQL proficiency including complex queries, joins, aggregations, window functions, and independent work with large datasets
- • Proven ability to translate raw data into clear insights and recommendations that influence business decisions
- • Strong problem-solving skills to investigate ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and structure data-driven solutions
- • Interest in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or supply chain operations
