- • As a Data Analyst in Growth & Marketing at Monzo, you will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to drive data-informed decisions that enhance user engagement and support the bank’s mission of making money work for everyone.
- • Your day-to-day includes generating strategic insights, owning customer understanding, contributing to global expansion strategy, creating behavioural metrics, developing and maintaining Looker dashboards, building process controls, and improving data accuracy and accessibility.
- • You will join a fast-growing, data-driven culture at Monzo, a UK-based digital bank with over 12 million customers, where over 80% of growth comes from word of mouth, and data is centralized and easily accessible across teams.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and impact measurement, enabling you to influence product and marketing strategy while growing your technical and analytical skills in a supportive, innovative environment.
