- • The Data Analyst Intern role at TransUnion LLC supports the Global Competency Center (GCC) by executing repetitive, low-judgment data processes, enabling analytical teams to focus on high-value business initiatives and improving operational stability and scalability.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing recurring operational data processes such as file downloads, uploads, and refreshes; running existing scripts and queries; preparing data inputs using standardized templates; performing basic data integrity checks; maintaining process calendars; distributing standard reports; logging operational activities; and identifying and escalating issues to ensure continuity.
- • The role is part of TransUnion’s GCC, which focuses on data-driven insights and strategic support, and this internship introduces a clear separation between operational execution and analytical work to reduce dependency on analytical staff for routine tasks.
- • The intern will gain hands-on experience in data operations, process adherence, data integrity validation, and reporting workflows, while building foundational skills in Excel, Power BI, and data management practices in a professional, remote-first environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Student or recent graduate in Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
- • Fundamental Excel skills including filters, formatting, and basic table creation
- • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX
- • Experience with file and folder management in shared or collaborative environments
- • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow procedures consistently
- • Comfort performing repetitive tasks and maintaining schedules
- • English proficiency at B2+ level
