📋 Description
- • The IT Service Center Operations Data Analyst delivers high-value insights that improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience of Service Center operations and projects by integrating call center metrics expertise with strong analytical skills in SQL, Hive, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include applying advanced analytical methods to solve complex operational problems, translating ambiguous questions into structured approaches, identifying trends and root causes in large datasets, building scalable data models and workflows, troubleshooting data quality issues, and communicating complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations and narratives.
- • The role operates within Cardinal Health’s IT Service Center, collaborating closely with Operations, WFM, Technology, and project teams to define requirements, deliver insights, and support initiatives while fostering open dialogue and proactive information sharing.
- • The analyst can expect to develop expertise in call center analytics, lead complex analytical initiatives with minimal guidance, mentor junior analysts, contribute to reporting standards and process improvements, and drive data-driven innovation aligned with business goals while working autonomously with high-level direction on strategic projects.
