- • As a Data Analyst IV at Centene Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming health outcomes for 28 million members by providing advanced analytical support that drives business decisions across claims, provider, member, clinical, pharmacy, and HEDIS data.
- • Day to day, you will extract, load, model, and reconcile large datasets from multiple systems, develop reports and recommendations for management, conduct data quality audits for compliance, and mentor and lead other Data Analysts in workload planning and skill development.
- • You will join a diversified, national organization committed to improving community health, where your work directly influences operational improvements and strategic initiatives within a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare analytics, strengthen leadership and mentoring abilities, and gain experience guiding data-driven decision-making at scale across complex enterprise systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- • 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
- • Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or data warehousing analytical tools
- • Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation
- • Healthcare experience preferred
- • Experience mentoring, training, or leading teams highly preferred
