📋 Description

• The Data Analyst role at Careerswift AI Inc. is critical for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions across the organization.
• Day to day, the analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools, identify trends and patterns, and present findings clearly to stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making.
• The team operates within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment at Careerswift AI Inc., where data is central to optimizing performance and guiding product and operational strategies.
• In this role, the analyst will deepen their expertise in SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration and real-world business problem-solving, positioning them for growth into more advanced analytics or data science roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• 1-3 years of relevant data analysis experience
