📋 Description

• As a Data Analyst in Adyen’s Regulatory Reporting Tech team, you will play a critical role in automating and scaling the company’s global regulatory reporting framework to ensure compliance across all markets, directly supporting Adyen’s mission to provide secure, innovative financial solutions for global enterprises.
• You will take ownership of high-impact data initiatives from concept to implementation, drive regulatory data governance execution, translate complex data into clear technical visions for stakeholders, and establish best practices that become company-wide standards for data use and integrity.
• You will join a motivated, collaborative team at Adyen, a leading financial technology platform powering payments and financial products for companies like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft, where ownership, technical excellence, and ethical innovation are core to the culture.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in regulatory data, governance frameworks, and scalable data solutions while developing leadership in stakeholder communication, strategic problem-solving, and driving impact through data-driven decision-making in a global, office-first environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker), with familiarity in big data tools being a strong advantage
• Affinity for Regulatory, AML, or Risk data and operational processes, with interest in learning more about these areas
• Pyspark experience is nice to have
• Strong ability to break down complex problems, prioritize effectively, and align work with strategic goals
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders and translate insights for technical and non-technical audiences
