📋 Description

• • Lightcast is seeking detail-oriented, data-driven professionals with strong German language skills to support the expansion of our global product features.
• • In this role, you will help ensure we deliver accurate, high-quality data to our customers by analyzing multilingual outputs, improving classification performance, and supporting taxonomy translation and parser development.
• • This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) independent contractor position for up to 6 months. This role is BYOD—Bring Your Own Device (laptop).
• • The position is remote (Work From Home) US-based and requires strong analytical abilities to validate and enhance data quality across multilingual datasets.
• • You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine language-specific parsing logic and taxonomy structures.
• • Your work directly impacts the accuracy and usability of Lightcast’s global labor market data products.
