- • As a Data Analyst at Autodesk, you will help power the next generation of XR experiences through data-driven insights and scalable analytics solutions, transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business impact across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions, perform ad-hoc and exploratory user behavior analysis, own end-to-end data pipelines, design and release scalable analytics solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into measurable outcomes, manage Jira backlogs, lead sprint planning, ensure data quality and integrity, mentor junior analysts, and maintain documentation for analytics workflows.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data engineering, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration while contributing to cutting-edge XR and immersive technology initiatives, gaining end-to-end ownership of data workflows and influencing how teams leverage data to improve customer and business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience working with big data systems, data processing, and SQL databases
- • 3+ years of hands-on programming experience, preferably in Python, with the ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code
- • Strong expertise in SQL, dimensional modeling, and analytical data warehouses such as Hive and Snowflake
- • Experience building dashboards and visualizations using modern BI tools
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Experience working in agile environments with tools such as Jira
- • A collaborative mindset with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- • Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and improving how teams work with data
