- • Experience designing and implementing data models and data governance frameworks
- • Proficiency in data architecture principles, including data quality, security, and consistency standards
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and design teams in a remote environment
- • Understanding of HR tech platforms or experience with systems handling payroll, compliance, or benefits data
- • Strong communication skills for aligning technical decisions with cross-functional stakeholders
