📋 Description

• • The Data Curation Associate at Lyft plays a critical role in improving customer experience by ensuring the accuracy and quality of places data used across Lyft’s mapping and operational systems. This role supports ongoing data curation projects that directly impact how users navigate and interact with Lyft services.
• • Day to day, the associate will analyze customer feedback on places data issues, perform corrections and categorization, review and correct large volumes of data with meticulous documentation, escalate issues to relevant internal teams, conduct root cause analysis, prepare data for engineering teams, and work with mapping tools and Google Workspace products to maintain high accuracy and integrity.
• • The Data Curation Operations team is part of Lyft’s broader mission to serve and connect people through reliable, inclusive transportation experiences. The team collaborates across Mapping and other product teams to ensure data quality drives better decision-making and user outcomes.
• • In this role, you will develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, gain hands-on experience with data labeling and mapping systems, improve cross-functional communication abilities, and contribute to meaningful improvements in Lyft’s customer-facing products through precise data curation.
