📋 Description

• • The Data Governance and Management Lead will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance across Anchorage Digital’s platform, supporting the company’s mission to build the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing and implementing data controls, data quality standards, and governance practices; managing metadata and access controls; translating governance requirements into practical implementations within data systems; and collaborating with the Global Analytics team to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose.
• • The Global Analytics team brings quantitative, data, and technical expertise to build scalable data infrastructure, analytical tools, and governance frameworks across the firm, operating within a well-funded, federally chartered crypto bank backed by leading institutions including Andreessen Horowitz, GIC, Goldman Sachs, KKR, and Visa.
• • In this role, the person can learn and achieve mastery in data governance frameworks, metadata management, access control implementation, and data quality assurance within a high-growth fintech environment, while contributing to the Factors of Growth & Impact framework for professional development and impact measurement.
