- • As a Data Governance Lead at Stripe, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic use of sales data to support global go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, directly impacting revenue planning and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, you will identify and prioritize GTM data challenges, partner with Data Engineering and GTM Systems to manage data initiatives, oversee data scrubs, conduct regular data audits, and communicate data excellence roadmaps to leadership through reports and presentations.
- • You will join Stripe’s GTM Planning & Central Operations team, which partners with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, Legal, and Local Sales Strategy to drive operational excellence and support Stripe’s global GTM strategy with a user-first, rigorous approach.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in sales data governance, influence cross-functional decision-making, and drive measurable improvements in data quality and usage that support territory planning, target setting, and sales growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 11+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights/analytics roles
- • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems, with experience working with large data sets to identify trends and create insights for senior leaders
- • Strong proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools
- • 6+ years of experience with Sales Policy development, Sales Governance, Sales Process compliance, or Sales Compensation
