- • The Data Measurement & Reporting Senior Analyst role supports Cigna’s presale and renewal process by providing provider network reporting that assists potential customers in decision-making, driving new sales and client retention.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include data manipulation, cleansing, and standardization using Microsoft Excel and Access; performing data quality audits and peer reviews; collaborating with stakeholders to deliver disruption reporting; and communicating data gaps and methodologies to sales partners.
- • The role operates within Actuarial Data Strategy & Solutions, specifically the Disruption Analytics team, which supports business-critical contract reporting and analysis for Sales and Repricing stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- • The Senior Analyst will develop expertise in disruption reporting methodologies, gain experience with large and complex datasets, enhance technical and communication skills, and contribute to process improvements in data tools and analytics workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data or Business Analytics; relevant work experience in data analytics is acceptable in lieu of a degree
- • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills for Excel and Access
- • Strong attention to detail and experience working with large and complex datasets
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- • Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines
- • Self-motivated, adaptable to change, and able to function well in a fast-paced environment
