Data Migration Consultant

📋 Description

• • The Data Migration Consultant will manage the data migration process for new CRM customers, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout implementation, playing a critical role in enabling nonprofits to successfully adopt Neon One’s software and drive their mission forward.
• • Day to day, the consultant will maintain a full portfolio of new CRM clients, conduct data imports by preparing complex import rules, perform validation checks, examine source Excel data for structure and quality issues, document migration processes, resolve data discrepancies, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure alignment and project progress.
