- • Support the end-to-end development of company intelligence profiles, from sourcing research materials and reviewing transcripts to final publication on internal platforms
- • Conduct and/or support expert interviews by preparing interview materials, developing questions, taking detailed notes, and synthesizing post-call insights
- • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from expert interview transcripts, internal research decks, and external sources to build comprehensive company profiles
- • Interpret market research data and conduct supplemental or validation research to enhance the accuracy and depth of intelligence outputs
- • Collaborate closely with topic leads, research teams, sales departments, and offshore teams to align on target companies and deliverable timelines
- • Consolidate insights from multiple interviews and broader market research to produce structured, high-quality drafts of company intelligence profiles
- • Perform rigorous quality checks on all company profiles to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and completeness against internal standards
- • Standardize and format content and data using Dedale’s internal frameworks and publishing protocols to maintain uniformity across all deliverables
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of research workflows and profile generation processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable enhancements
- • Work with structured datasets and qualitative information to transform raw inputs into clear, actionable intelligence for investors and corporate clients
- • Maintain strict adherence to data integrity protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive market and company information
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, clean, and analyze structured data supporting research outputs and internal tracking
- • Engage in regular cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between research, sales, and operations teams on pipeline development and deliverable expectations
- • Participate in feedback loops with senior analysts and leadership to refine methodology, improve output quality, and scale operational efficiency
- • Maintain detailed documentation of research sources, interview summaries, and process changes to ensure transparency and reproducibility
- • Work in a fast-paced, global environment requiring precision, initiative, and strong time management skills across time zones
- • Adapt quickly to evolving research needs and emerging market trends in B2B software and technology sectors
- • Follow standardized templates and style guides to ensure consistent presentation of intelligence across all published profiles
- • Maintain high standards of accuracy and detail orientation when handling complex datasets and qualitative information
- • Actively contribute to team knowledge sharing and process standardization efforts to improve overall team output quality and speed
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management, Economics, or a Social Science (Communications, Journalism, Political Science, International Studies, Sociology)
- • Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
- • Excellent written English with precision, clarity, and structure
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- • Experience in data interpretation, market research, or qualitative analysis
- • High level of accuracy, rigor, and attention to detail
