📋 Description

• • As a Data Quality Analyst at ServiceTitan, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data assets, directly supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing in-depth data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues, developing and implementing data quality checks and rules, automating data quality reporting, creating and maintaining data quality dashboards, investigating root causes of data problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams via Jira tickets, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• • You will work closely with data owners, stewards, consumers, and business stakeholders under the Director of Data Governance, contributing to a strong data quality culture within a high-growth, innovative SaaS company serving the trades industry.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data governance, SQL, Salesforce, Snowflake, and data quality tooling while gaining experience in enterprise systems like Workday and Quote-to-Cash processes, positioning you as a trusted advisor on data integrity and process improvement.
