- • As a Data Scientist at Jerry.ai, you will be part of a team of 14 insatiable learners who care deeply about solving difficult problems and making a tangible impact.
- • You will be embedded in one of Jerry's core business areas — growth, product, AI and automation, strategic partnerships — and own the analytical function for that business unit end-to-end.
- • You will define the right problems, push back if the question is flawed, and drive outcomes by bringing recommendations to your counterparts in product, growth, finance or operations.
- • You will sit on our central Data Science & Analytics team but will be embedded in one of Jerry's core business areas.
- • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and make data-driven decisions.
- • You will be responsible for defining metrics, building reports, running analyses, designing experiments, and surfacing data insights that move your team's key metrics.
- • You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from growth marketing to product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships.
- • You will be part of a team that is passionate about using data and analytics to drive business outcomes and make a tangible impact.
- • You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of data sources, including SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- • Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- • Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.
