- • As a Data Scientist at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will join a high-impact Data Science & Analytics team that has been instrumental in scaling the company to 5M+ customers, $240M+ in funding, and profitability by early 2024. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions across growth, product, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships as the company aims to grow from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business in four years.
- • Day to day, you will define the right business problems before analysis, pull and interpret data using SQL and Python, build reports and dashboards in Metabase and Jupyter Hub, design experiments, surface actionable insights, and drive outcomes by influencing stakeholders in product, growth, finance, and operations. You will own the end-to-end analytical function within an embedded business unit, ensuring your work leads to tangible business impact.
- • You will be part of a lean, high-performing team of 14 former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who prioritize first-principles thinking, direct communication, and ownership. There are no slides, no corporate fluff, and no unnecessary meetings — only work that materially changes the business trajectory. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and have autonomy to shape questions, data needs, and decisions.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your ability to solve ambiguous problems, influence leadership-level decisions, and execute end-to-end data-driven initiatives. You’ll gain deep exposure to high-growth tech operations, scale your impact in a profitable, mission-driven company, and work with cutting-edge tools in a culture that values impact over process.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently using SQL or Python
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
- • First principles thinker who defines the right problem before analyzing data
- • Owner mindset — takes responsibility for outcomes, even outside formal scope
