• • Developer, Growth role focused on building net-new self-serve experiences and evolving systems that power product growth within 1Password’s new Growth Team.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering features that drive expansion, activation, engagement, and experimentation; partnering with product, design, and data to define hypotheses and success metrics; building secure, performant backend and frontend systems; contributing to experimentation infrastructure; reviewing code; and mentoring junior engineers.
