- • The Digital Content Manager will lead the planning, creation, and execution of content across BJAK’s digital channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, playing a key role in supporting the company’s mission to build superior application platforms that contribute positively to society.
- • Day to day, the person will develop and implement digital content strategies, create and manage high-quality content across social media, blogs, email campaigns, and the website, monitor and analyze performance metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare reports for stakeholders, and ensure all content aligns with brand voice and quality standards.
- • BJAK is a globally focused company that built the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia serving over 8 million users, now expanding into AI-integrated applications with a flat, highly motivated team that values hands-on contribution and engineering/product excellence.
- • In this role, the person can learn to drive data-informed content strategies, gain exposure to AI-integrated product development, sharpen analytical and storytelling skills, and grow rapidly in a mission-driven environment with high autonomy and real responsibility.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or similar roles
- • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital analytics tools to track performance and measure ROI
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling and engaging content
- • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-execution environment
- • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement
