📋 Description
- • Lead the Business Intelligence function for Humana's Shopping and Onboarding teams, driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights that enhance digital experiences and improve customer engagement across the healthcare ecosystem.
- • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define and execute a web analytics strategy, establish KPIs, measure experience effectiveness, and translate insights into executive-ready reports that support operational and financial value realization.
- • Manage the analytics backlog, prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact and feasibility, and lead team development to foster technical excellence, collaboration, and company-wide impact through shared services and standardized operating models.
- • Build a high-performing team, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and navigate organizational complexity by translating technical concepts into clear business value propositions for senior leadership and stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of business intelligence experience, with 7+ years focused on web analytics and customer onboarding
- • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in agile environments alongside product, design, and engineering
- • Proven success delivering insights on shopping funnel performance, customer onboarding, feature testing, marketing-sales attribution, and SEO/GEO/web tagging
- • Experience leading teams using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and PowerBI
- • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership
