• • The Director, CRM Platform & Product at Cars Commerce is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem to power customer engagement, revenue growth, and operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Service.
• • Day to day, the role involves defining enterprise CRM strategy and roadmap, proposing AI-driven solutions and automation, conducting user research, influencing senior stakeholders, prioritizing investments based on business outcomes, and overseeing platform architecture, engineering execution, data governance, and compliance.
• • The role leads a blended team of 20-30 including internal staff and contracted partners across Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Administration, and Support, managing budget, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and fostering an inclusive, innovative culture through talent development and mentorship.
• • The person in this role will shape how Cars Commerce leverages technology at the intersection of AI, data, and business systems, drive enterprise-level transformation, gain visibility into platform health and business outcomes, and develop leadership expertise in scaling CRM platforms while advancing their impact on customer success and operational efficiency.
