• • The Director, Ecommerce and Marketing Analytics will serve as the analytical hub of Sur La Table, defining how data, insight, and AI drive decision-making across eCommerce, Marketing, Finance, Retail, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Operations.
• • Day to day, the role involves establishing analytical standards, governing AI-enabled workflows, ensuring data integrity, and transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence company-wide strategy—not producing reports, but enabling smarter decisions.
• • Sur La Table is a national retailer with 58 stores and the largest avocational cooking program in the US, dedicated to creating happiness through cooking and sharing good food, with a mission to empower customers through premium kitchen goods and culinary expertise.
• • The person in this role will learn to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives at scale, shape AI governance frameworks, and elevate organizational decision-making maturity—gaining influence as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in eCommerce, marketing, finance, and operations.
