📋 Description

• • As a Director in Life Sciences Advisory - Data & Analytics, you will drive strategic impact for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic clients by leading data-informed solutions that address complex challenges in product planning, pricing, reimbursement, commercialization, and regulatory compliance.
• • You will manage end-to-end project delivery, including developing analytics work plans, overseeing staffing and budgets, leading team meetings, coaching consultants, and ensuring high-quality, client-ready deliverables while managing multiple concurrent projects.
• • You will partner with Guidehouse’s Life Sciences practice — an innovation engine — to help clients anticipate future trends and build custom solutions, while contributing to business development, sales, and revenue targets through client-facing leadership.
• • You will grow as a strategic leader by mentoring junior staff, collaborating with Partners and Directors, and deepening expertise in life sciences functions such as commercial operations, market access, and patient services, all within a culture that values inclusion, mentorship, and professional development.
