📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end enterprise technology vision for PayNearMe, translating high-growth business objectives into a living 12-24-month roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term scalability. You will be the single point of accountability for every system that touches revenue, customer experience, and financial operations.
• • Architect and radically simplify our quote-to-cash lifecycle. You will re-engineer Salesforce CPQ, Conga/Apttus contracting, and Intacct billing modules so that multi-year, multi-product enterprise contracts can be quoted, approved, signed, and invoiced in days—not weeks—while preserving audit-grade accuracy.
• • Scale customer success and support operations by integrating Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Snowflake into a unified client 360°. You will introduce AI-driven case routing, predictive health scores, and automated renewal playbooks that allow a lean CS team to manage 10× the client base without adding headcount.
• • Lead the evaluation, selection, and rollout of PayNearMe’s enterprise AI stack. Working side-by-side with the VP of Data Engineering, you will define reference architectures for LLM gateways, vector stores, prompt orchestration layers, and governance frameworks that turn raw data into self-service insights for Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
• • Drive cross-functional governance that keeps security, compliance (SOC 2, PCI-DSS), and scalability front-of-mind. You will own vendor negotiations, annual budget cycles, and enterprise license true-ups, ensuring every dollar spent on SaaS maps to a measurable KPI.
• • Build and mentor a distributed team of Salesforce architects, integration developers, business analysts, and systems administrators. You will establish career ladders, sprint rituals, code-review standards, and a culture where experimentation with low-code/no-code tools is encouraged but never at the expense of production stability.
• • Champion change management from day one. You will craft role-based training curricula, run monthly enablement webinars, and embed “super users” in each department so that new features land with excitement—not resistance—and adoption rates exceed 90 % within 30 days of release.
• • Establish real-time executive dashboards that fuse data from Salesforce, Intacct, Zendesk, and Snowflake into a single pane of glass. You will partner with Finance to automate daily cash-reconciliation, with Sales to surface pipeline risk, and with Customer Success to flag churn signals before they become renewal fire-drills.
• • Continuously scan the horizon for emerging technologies—think generative AI contract redlining, blockchain payment reconciliation, or serverless ETL—that could give PayNearMe a competitive edge, then run rapid POCs to validate ROI before full-scale investment.
• • Report directly to the COO and sit on the cross-functional Technology Steering Committee, ensuring every systems decision ladders up to corporate OKRs and regulatory mandates while freeing business teams to focus on growth instead of grunt work.
