📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-performing Ads Measurement Engineering organization at Reddit, driving technical strategy and execution for scalable systems that power advertiser outcomes and ads optimization across the platform.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for conversion signal ingestion, attribution, signal quality, lift measurement, and downstream ML signal delivery, ensuring reliability, scalability, and data quality.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, ML Engineering, Product Marketing, and Business Development to align technical investments with advertiser and business priorities.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineering leaders and senior engineers while fostering a culture of technical rigor, accountability, and execution velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including leading engineering teams and organizations in the ads or measurement domain.
• Experience leading engineering managers and senior engineers in building large-scale distributed systems and data-intensive platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of ads measurement systems and technologies such as conversion APIs, pixel infrastructure, attribution systems, signal quality, and lift measurement.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, data science, and go-to-market teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational leadership skills, with experience aligning teams around technical strategy and business priorities.
