- • Lead the design and implementation of pharmacovigilance infrastructure from the ground up for an AI-driven healthcare platform, ensuring safety and compliance across global regulatory standards.
- • Develop systems for detecting, capturing, classifying, and reporting adverse events from AI-mediated patient interactions, including real-time signal detection and end-to-end case processing workflows.
- • Partner with engineering, product, medical affairs, and commercial teams to embed safety capabilities into the AI platform and support enterprise sales with pharma and medtech clients.
- • Establish the company as a thought leader in AI-enabled pharmacovigilance by defining industry standards for safety in autonomous clinical conversations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7-15 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or clinical safety within pharma, biotech, CRO, or life sciences with progressive responsibility for PV system design and regulatory compliance.
- • Deep expertise in global pharmacovigilance regulations including FDA 21 CFR Parts 312/314, EMA GVP, ICH E2B(R3), ICH E2D, and MedDRA coding standards.
- • Proven ability to build or significantly expand pharmacovigilance operations from scratch, including establishing processes, case management systems, and quality benchmarks.
- • Demonstrated experience engaging with pharma PV, safety, quality, and regulatory stakeholders at senior levels, including leading audits, PVA negotiations, and vendor qualification.
- • Ability to translate pharmacovigilance requirements into technical specifications for collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
- • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex safety concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
