📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and enterprise adoption of Humana’s Consent & Preference Management Platform to enable compliant, customer-centric engagement across digital, physical, and partner touchpoints.
• Define the platform vision, establish enterprise standards for consent and preferences, and ensure scalable, compliant integration across marketing, CRM, analytics, and customer service ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Marketing, Digital, and Customer Experience teams to ensure regulatory adherence and business alignment while influencing senior stakeholders by translating regulatory requirements into clear business value.
• Champion customer trust by ensuring consent and preferences are consistently honored across all interactions and advocate for intuitive, transparent customer experiences related to consent capture and preference management.
• Define and track KPIs related to consent coverage, preference adoption, compliance effectiveness, and platform performance to drive continuous improvement and reduce operational friction.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, platform management, or digital capabilities with a focus on consent, preferences, customer data, or privacy-driven systems.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale platforms that operate across multiple channels and business units.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, TCPA, CCPA, DNC) and their impact on customer engagement platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams in highly regulated environments.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
