  • • Lead Zapier’s product marketing strategy to define positioning, evolve go-to-market motion, and drive growth in alignment with rapid product innovation and AI-driven transformation.
  • • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leadership to shape roadmap priorities, influence deal strategy, and ensure messaging supports enterprise sales cycles and revenue goals.
  • • Manage and develop a high-performing team of ~7 Product Marketing Managers, fostering clarity, experimentation, and impact while raising the bar for performance and speed.
  • • Transform GTM from traditional campaign-based launches to a continuous, insight-driven engine that keeps pace with product velocity and customer needs.
  • • Drive AI-forward marketing by integrating AI into messaging creation, testing, and scaling, while positioning Zapier as a leader in an AI-first world.
  • • Ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across the customer journey—from first touch to close—by aligning with Brand, Content, and Demand Gen teams.
  • • Establish differentiated, customer-centric positioning for Zapier’s platform and products, grounded in deep market and buyer insights.
  • • Build durable competitive advantage by collaborating with Product and Engineering to define long-term moat and prioritize roadmap initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with significant background in B2B SaaS and enterprise go-to-market strategies.
  • • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including managing managers or senior individual contributors, with a track record of raising performance while maintaining speed.
  • • Strong product intuition and comfort debating roadmap priorities, differentiation, and long-term moat with Product and Engineering leadership.
  • • Deep understanding of enterprise sales, including experience influencing deal strategy, building GTM motions for complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes, and partnering closely with Sales leadership.
  • • Experience evolving GTM models from big-bang launches to iterative, continuous release cycles aligned with product velocity.
  • • Excitement about AI as a fundamental shift in product development, marketing, and sales, with interest in applying AI to messaging, testing, and scaling.
  • • High bar for clarity and quality, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply and push teams to do the same.
