📋 Description

• • Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for the development, assembly, and test preparation of mule, prototype, and pre-series vehicles for Scout Motors’ electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV lineup, contributing to the revival of an iconic American brand through electrification and innovation.
• • Develop and implement project plans, coordinate cross-functional assembly and integration, oversee experimental component testing, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement by collaborating with engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• • Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture at Scout Motors’ Charlotte, NC headquarters, where in-person attendance is required and travel for company events is expected, supporting a mission to build vehicles that honor the past while embracing electric and range-extender powertrain innovation.
