- • As a Disaster Recovery Solution Architect at Humana Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring business continuity by designing and implementing resilient technology solutions that protect member data and support healthcare operations during disruptions.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with user groups to analyze complex business problems, translate technical requirements into scalable architecture designs, integrate hardware, software, and network components, and lead solution implementation without direct supervision while influencing department strategy.
- • You will join Humana’s technology team within a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to improving consumer experiences and delivering accessible, high-quality care to millions across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial markets.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise architecture, disaster recovery planning, and HIPAA-compliant systems, while gaining influence over strategic technology decisions and advancing your impact in a purpose-led healthcare innovator.
