- • The E-commerce Assistant role at Foxelli Group is a hands-on, creative, and operational position supporting the Brand Manager for the This Month’s Craft subscription brand. This role is essential to turning creative ideas into tangible customer experiences by preparing, testing, and presenting monthly craft projects while ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery.
- • As a key support to the Brand Manager, you will blend creativity with structure—making crafts yourself, documenting them through photos and videos, coordinating with suppliers, tracking timelines, and using customer feedback to improve the brand. Your work directly impacts customer joy and engagement, making this role vital to the brand’s growth and authenticity.

- • In this role, you will prepare and test monthly craft projects by making them yourself to ensure quality and usability; create simple photos and short videos for internal use, marketing, and customer communication; and help improve how crafts are presented and experienced by customers.
- • You will turn ideas into clear plans with tasks, timelines, and priorities; track progress, deadlines, and dependencies; flag risks or delays early; and keep product data, timelines, and documents accurate and organized.
- • You will communicate with suppliers regarding prices, orders, and deadlines; track quantities and delivery schedules; and help ensure everything arrives on time and correctly.
- • You will collect and summarize customer feedback and reviews; share key insights with the Brand Manager; and suggest ideas to make the brand more interesting and valuable.
- • You will support the Brand Manager with ad-hoc needs to move projects forward; assist customer service by providing accurate product and process information; and maintain and update internal documentation, guidelines, and instructions.
- • Through this role, you will develop end-to-end product lifecycle skills—from ideation and creation to logistics and customer feedback—while strengthening your abilities in visual storytelling, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- • You will gain hands-on experience in building a beloved subscription brand, learn how creativity and operations intersect to drive customer delight, and grow your confidence in taking initiative, making decisions, and contributing meaningfully to a mission-driven team.
