• • This role is pivotal in ensuring our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel from day one. As the Enablement Program Manager & GTM Onboarding lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery and execution of comprehensive onboarding and enablement programs for all new GTM hires. While your primary focus will be on onboarding, you will also play a crucial role in supporting ongoing enablement initiatives for our Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) as business needs evolve.
• • This is a true full-stack enablement position, demanding a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for facilitating engaging live virtual sessions, meticulously crafting compelling presentations and interactive e-learning modules, developing innovative AI-powered training tools leveraging ElevenLabs' proprietary technology, and delivering this content to a diverse, multicultural global audience spanning multiple time zones. You will operate within established frameworks set by our GTM Enablement Leads in North America and International regions, with significant autonomy to shape, refine, and improve our enablement offerings.
• • Your core responsibilities will include:
• • **Deliver Global Onboarding Programs:** Lead and facilitate engaging onboarding cohorts every two weeks for new Global GTM hires. This involves orchestrating live virtual sessions, interactive breakout groups, practical role-playing exercises, and in-depth product training designed to accelerate new hire ramp-up and foster confidence across diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones.
• • **Build High-Impact Enablement Content:** Develop and curate a range of high-quality enablement materials, including dynamic presentations, engaging e-learning modules, practical job aids, and asynchronous content. Critically, you will leverage ElevenLabs' advanced AI voice and agent technology to create innovative, AI-powered training tools that scale learning, reinforce critical skills, and provide personalized coaching experiences.
• • **Execute and Evolve the Early Ramp Experience:** Implement and continuously iterate on the international onboarding journey, adhering to our global framework while adapting to regional nuances. You will build role-based modules, design practical activities, and establish clear checkpoints for the early stages of a new hire's tenure, partnering closely with enablement leads to ensure seamless alignment across all regions.
• • **Support Ongoing Role-Specific Enablement:** Collaborate with enablement leads to design and deliver targeted programs that extend beyond initial onboarding. This includes developing comprehensive CS enablement initiatives, targeted SDR skill-building workshops, and advanced AE deal execution training, demonstrating flexibility to support various roles and topics as dictated by business priorities.
• • **Deliver to a Diverse Global Audience:** Masterfully adapt content and facilitation techniques to resonate with multicultural audiences across EMEA, the Middle East, Latin America, APAC, Oceania, and North America. Your approach will ensure that every learner feels recognized, respected, and fully equipped for success, regardless of their location or background.
• • **Reinforce Core Sales Skills & Methodologies:** Effectively teach foundational sales competencies such as discovery, qualification, compelling storytelling, and objection handling. You will also impart established sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, utilizing structured materials thoughtfully adapted for international contexts.
• • **Leverage ElevenLabs AI in Training:** Proactively integrate ElevenLabs’ cutting-edge AI voice and agent technology into learning experiences. This includes building interactive exercises, creating realistic simulations, and empowering new hires to effectively position and sell our platform by understanding its capabilities firsthand.
• • **Measure Cohort Performance and Drive Improvement:** Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM onboarding, including competency progression, time to first opportunity, and time to first deal. Analyze performance trends rigorously and implement data-driven improvements to further accelerate new hire ramp times.
• • **Maintain Content Accuracy & Freshness:** Proactively update all onboarding and enablement materials to reflect the latest product updates, messaging refinements, and evolving GTM strategies. Ensure all documentation is clear, easily accessible, and scalable for effective use across international markets.
• • **Partner Across Regions for Global Consistency:** Foster strong collaborative relationships with the North America Enablement Team and local regional teams (Asia, LatAm, Middle East, etc.). Your goal will be to maintain the consistency of global curricula, synchronize content updates, share valuable learnings, and guarantee that every new hire receives a cohesive and high-quality onboarding experience, irrespective of their geographical location.
