📋 Description

• • Engineering Lead for Options at Keyrock NV, responsible for leading the Options Engineering team and driving continuous improvement across the trading infrastructure to support the evolution of the systematic options trading platform.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and growing a team of around 7 engineers, owning and evolving the Rust-native systematic options trading platform, providing technical direction on trading infrastructure, system design, performance, reliability, and risk controls, and partnering closely with trading, quant, product, risk, and infrastructure stakeholders.
• • Keyrock NV is a leading digital asset market maker founded in 2017, with over 200 team members across 42 nationalities and hubs in London, Madrid, Brussels, Singapore, New York, and Paris. The company specializes in market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, DeFi trading desks, and asset and wealth management, and is a pioneer in adopting Rust for algorithmic trading systems.
