• Lead the Patient Engineering team at Novellia, a mission-driven company enabling patients to access and control their health data for free, powering real-world insights for biopharma innovation.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 5+ engineers while owning end-to-end delivery of patient-facing features from health record retrieval to personalized insights.

• Drive engineering excellence through improved processes, code quality, and system design while contributing hands-on when needed to unblock teams and maintain velocity.
