• • Engineering Manager, Platform at Mercor Inc. leads teams across core product and infrastructure surfaces to build systems that scale, teams that execute, and products that materially move the business forward in a high-ambiguity, high-velocity environment.
• • Own business-critical systems end-to-end, lead development of products and infrastructure impacting the core marketplace including growth, demand generation, payments, trust, and fulfillment systems; build from zero-to-one and scale from one-to-many; drive execution in high-ambiguity environments by translating open-ended problems into concrete plans; build and lead high-performing teams through hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers with ownership and urgency; partner cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and other teams to ensure engineering work translates into real-world impact; introduce structure to scale from a fast-moving startup into a durable organization; stay close to the code by contributing to technical design and implementation in early-stage or high-priority systems; design scalable, reliable systems that handle high throughput, real-time decisioning, and global usage while maintaining correctness and trust.
