📋 Description

• • As an Engineering Manager at Openly Inc., you will lead and develop a team of engineers to deliver mission-critical functionality for the Openly platform, directly impacting the company’s goal of rebuilding insurance from the ground up with customizable, competitive pricing and superior customer experiences.
• • Day to day, you will manage, mentor, and support a diverse group of engineers; remove roadblocks; drive alignment between business goals and team execution; partner with stakeholders on feature definition and work breakdown; collaborate with HR and Recruiting to attract and develop talent; and maintain visibility into trade-offs to positively influence team priorities and continuous improvement.
