- • As an Engineering Program Manager at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming the $200B dental industry by driving strategic alignment and operational excellence across Engineering, Product, and UX Design teams, ensuring technology initiatives scale effectively to support Dandy’s mission of building the global operating system for dental practices.
- • You will report to the Engineering Chief of Staff / Principal TPM and serve as a key execution partner in breaking down silos, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and accelerating decision-making to support Dandy’s rapid growth and innovation in dental technology.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include streamlining communication flows between Engineering, Product, UX Design, GTM, and Ops teams to unify technology strategy and expedite decision-making processes.
- • You will facilitate seamless communication within and across departments, actively working to eliminate silos and ensure information transparency that supports cohesive execution of technology initiatives.
- • You will own cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution, partnering closely with SLT and ELT to plan, coordinate, and lead key meetings, workshops, and offsites that ensure broad representation and strategic alignment.
- • You will represent department heads in pivotal meetings, ensuring technology perspectives are integrated into high-level decision-making and that outcomes reflect technical feasibility and strategic vision.
- • You will drive accountability by implementing, monitoring, and presenting progress on plans and goals, ensuring consistent forward momentum and transparency in tracking outcomes against objectives.
- • You will identify and remedy strategy, process, and skillset gaps by scrutinizing current operations, coordinating teams for synchronized progress, and spearheading strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and productivity.
- • You will gain exposure to the full spectrum of technology motions at a high-growth startup, developing expertise in operational scaling, process optimization, and strategic planning within a complex technical environment.
- • You will have the opportunity to build and refine operational processes from the ground up, work through ambiguity with confidence, and develop a track record of success in enabling scalable technology delivery in a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in operations and/or strategy roles
- • Demonstrated ability to build new operational processes and work effectively through ambiguity
- • Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision-making
- • Proven capabilities in evaluating operational gaps and weaknesses
- • Technology or startup experience highly preferred
- • Willingness to engage hands-on to solve problems when needed
