📋 Description

• Lead the Donor Experience Platform team as an Engineering Team Leader, driving the development of a technical platform that powers key donation processing products for global nonprofits.
• Manage a team of 5-8 Fullstack developers, balancing hands-on coding (70%) with leadership responsibilities (30%), ensuring adherence to engineering guidelines and timely feature delivery.
• Join FundraiseUp Inc., a global fundraising platform trusted by UNICEF, Alzheimer’s Association, and other leading NGOs, powering tens of millions in monthly donations through innovative, accessible technology.
• Grow as a technical leader by mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, managing technical debt, and collaborating across teams in a distributed, product-focused culture that values knowledge sharing and mutual respect.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager managing a team of 5–10 developers.
• Hands-on leader with ability to write code, make sound technical decisions, and design systems thoughtfully using TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, and Redis.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer and 5 years in product companies working with the specified tech stack.
• Strong people management skills in hiring, coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• English proficiency at B2+ level for confident technical communication.
• Experience in fast-growing companies or startups is a plus.
