- • As an Enterprise Account Manager at Zip, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thinker responsible for selling to Global 2000 companies, driving ROI through efficient, value-based renewals and upsells while partnering with Customer Success to monitor health scorecards and guide deal closure.
- • Day to day, you will negotiate renewal contracts, develop win/win strategies to maximize contract value, manage multi-year enterprise accounts to ensure value realization, engage cross-functional teams for accurate renewal updates, and act as a product evangelist by aligning Zip’s solutions with current and future customer pain points.
- • You will join a founding team shaping Zip’s Enterprise Account Management function, helping establish sales playbooks, culture, and best practices within a high-growth, venture-backed company backed by Tiger Global, Y Combinator, and others, serving clients like T-Mobile, OpenAI, and Mars.
- • In this role, you will become a product and procurement expert, mastering the Zip platform and procurement market dynamics, while using cutting-edge sales intelligence tools to manage deal cycles and contribute to shaping sales processes in a fast-moving startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of technology SaaS experience at the enterprise level
- • Proven experience selling to procurement, finance, and legal departments
- • Demonstrated success driving customer retention and adoption of SaaS products for enterprise accounts
- • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach
- • Strong customer management skills spanning sales, account management, and customer service
- • Self-driven, organized, efficient, and excellent communicator with a commitment to going the extra mile for customer and team success
