- ⢠As an Enterprise Systems Administrator at Cottingham & Butler Insurance Services, Inc., you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing core enterprise applicationsâparticularly Salesforce and internally built platformsâensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Your work directly supports the companyâs mission to deliver exceptional service during clientsâ most challenging moments by enabling reliable, efficient technology infrastructure.
- ⢠Day to day, you will administer and optimize CRM and enterprise applications, manage user roles, permissions, and security configurations, and leverage declarative tools and custom development to tailor platforms to evolving business needs. You will oversee system releases, upgrades, and feature adoption while maintaining rigorous data quality and governance standards. Youâll partner closely with business units to streamline processes, improve system utilization, and gather requirements for enhancements. Additionally, you will design and support API integrations and data flows between systems, build reports, dashboards, and automation solutions, evaluate emerging capabilities like Salesforce Einstein, and document system architecture while providing advanced user support and training.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Bachelorâs degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- ⢠5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise applications, with a strong focus on CRM or ERP platforms.
- ⢠Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, including configuration, security, workflows, and automation.
- ⢠Demonstrated experience designing and managing API integrations and data synchronization between systems.
- ⢠Solid understanding of enterprise security principles, data governance, and reporting best practices.
- ⢠Preferred: Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components) and active Salesforce certifications.
- ⢠Preferred: Background in insurance, financial services, or agency management systems such as Applied Epic.
- ⢠Preferred: Familiarity with platform-based AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein) and low-code/no-code application development.
