- • Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion for A1, a proactive AI smart assistant focused on reliability, persistent context, and real-world task completion.
- • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners to support talent acquisition and market presence.
- • Support new market launches and international expansion initiatives by identifying opportunities and executing strategic initiatives.
- • Identify and solve operational challenges across functions, ensuring alignment with A1’s mission of distributing intelligence to the world.
- • Represent A1 at industry events, community gatherings, and external engagements to enhance brand visibility and strategic partnerships.
- • Work directly with founders and senior leaders on high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives requiring independent judgment and rapid execution.
