  • • As an Escalations Engineer at ClickUp, you will serve as the critical bridge between customers and engineering teams, ensuring high-severity issues are resolved swiftly to protect account health and customer satisfaction.
  • • Day to day, you will engage directly with customers and internal teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, reproduce bugs, coordinate cross-functional responses, lead emergency escalations, and provide clear updates to stakeholders including C-suite executives.
  • • You will join ClickUp’s customer-focused support organization within a fast-growing, innovative tech company that builds an AI-powered all-in-one workspace used by millions of teams worldwide.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and proactive problem identification while contributing to process improvements and team OKRs that enhance the escalations function and customer outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in a Senior Technical Support and/or Escalations Engineering role
  • • 2+ years in a customer health role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Support focused on product adoption and retention
  • • Proven ability to independently triage, plan, and drive resolution of complex, high-severity escalations with cross-functional collaboration
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including experience with C-suite stakeholders
  • • Experience troubleshooting platform bugs, documenting issues, QA’ing fixes, and proficiency in SQL (preferred)
