• • Embark on a transformative 10-week summer internship with EverCommerce, a leading force in digitally transforming the service economy. As a rising junior or senior pursuing your bachelor’s degree, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Engineering Operations, contributing to critical projects that enhance our SaaS solutions for over 725,000 customers across Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries.
• • This unique opportunity places you at the heart of our R&D efforts, working closely with Senior Engineering Leaders to refine and update key OKR (Objectives and Key Results) metrics for the R&D Dashboard. Your contributions will directly impact how we measure progress and success within our engineering organization, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• • You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement by assisting with the development and dissemination of knowledge around our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and Scrum fundamentals. This involves answering questions, clarifying best practices, and ensuring that our engineering teams are aligned and efficient in their workflows.
• • A significant aspect of this internship involves hands-on work with Jira, a widely-used project management tool. You will gain practical experience in updating Jira automation rules and workflows, optimizing processes to enhance team productivity and streamline project execution. This experience will provide a strong foundation in agile project management tools and methodologies.
• • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in creating comprehensive SDLC training materials. This task requires you to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content that will be used to onboard and educate team members, ensuring a consistent understanding and application of our development standards.

• • This role is fully remote within the United States, offering flexibility while requiring a commitment to a 10-week full-time engagement from June to August 2026. You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for the duration of the internship.
