- • As a Senior Data Conversion Specialist at EverCommerce, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful client onboarding by extracting, transforming, and loading data from legacy systems into clients’ Salesforce-based improveit360 platform, directly impacting customer satisfaction and project success.
- • Day to day, you will work with clients to locate and extract data from diverse legacy systems, perform ETL processes using SQL and scripting tools, validate data accuracy, manage multiple concurrent conversions, communicate timelines and progress to stakeholders, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure on-time go-lives.
- • You will join a distributed, innovative team at EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform powering over 690,000 service-based businesses globally through its EverPro, EverHealth, and EverWell brands, delivering integrated SaaS solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data migration, Salesforce ecosystems, and project management while contributing to process improvements, documenting best practices, and mentoring teammates—gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, remote-first environment focused on customer success and technical excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of work experience with SQL
- • 5+ years of experience in data conversion or migration
- • Strong ETL proficiency
- • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
- • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams
